Day Six of OpenAI's "12 Days of OpenAI" features a significant update: Advanced Voice Mode now includes Vision. This new addition, teased seven months ago, allows ChatGPT to "see" in real-time, mirroring users' visual inputs.

Users with Plus, Team, and Pro subscriptions can point their mobile cameras at objects for real-time interactions with ChatGPT, or ask questions about what appears on their device screens.
Demonstrations show promising results, like accurate feedback on an anatomical drawing, although some inaccuracies remain, such as errors in answering a geometry question.
Availability is limited; users in the EU and EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) do not yet have access, and Enterprise and Edu accounts will be included from January onward.
